Terms & Conditions — cun77

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the cun77 website accessible at cun77.cam, including all subpages, services, games, tools, and content made available thereon.
• "User" / "Member" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with cun77.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds, free spins value, or other non-cash incentive credited to an Account by cun77 under a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which cun77 confirms a User's identity, age, and payment ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which the use of online gambling platforms is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, including where cun77 has determined access should be restricted for compliance purposes.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the functional currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all processing and operational references on cun77.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with cun77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. cun77 strictly enforces this age minimum and will request proof of age during the KYC process or at any point where age verification is deemed necessary.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws. cun77 does not provide legal advice in this regard.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of any employee of cun77 or any of its affiliated companies.
6. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion or regulatory exclusion order that remains in effect.
7. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

3.1  One Account Per User. Each individual User may hold only one (1) registered Account. The creation, maintenance, or use of more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. cun77 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with them.

3.2  Accuracy of Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.3  Account Currency. All Accounts on cun77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cun77 does not offer multi-currency Accounts. All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted in IDR.

3.4  Know Your Customer (KYC). cun77 may, at its sole discretion, request KYC documentation at any time. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), a recent proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the specified time frame may result in Account restrictions, including the inability to process withdrawals.

3.5  Minors. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or using cun77. Any Account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the originating payment source where possible, and the matter will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

4.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2  You must notify cun77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. cun77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

4.3  cun77 will never ask for your full password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from cun77, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

4.4  You agree to log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. cun77 recommends enabling any two-factor authentication options available on the Platform.

5.1  Accepted Methods. cun77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

5.2  Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cun77 reserves the right to return deposits received from accounts not matching your registered identity and to suspend your Account pending investigation.

5.3  No Deposit Fees. cun77 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees, for which cun77 bears no responsibility.

5.4  Failed Deposits. If a deposit does not credit within the expected processing window, you should contact cun77 support with the transaction reference number. cun77 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within 24 hours (WIB business hours).

6.1  Eligible Balance. Only real-money funds (i.e., deposited funds and confirmed winnings from real-money wagers) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.2  Withdrawal to Originating Method. cun77's default policy is to return withdrawals to the same payment method used for the initial deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and applies regardless of the amount involved.

6.3  Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during WIB banking hours. Typical processing times are 15 minutes to 2 hours for major bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and 15 minutes to 1 hour for e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). cun77 does not guarantee same-session or same-day completion for amounts above Rp 50.000.000, which may require additional compliance review.

6.4  KYC Requirement. cun77 requires KYC verification to be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Users who have not completed KYC at the time of their first withdrawal request will be prompted to submit verification documents before the request is approved.

6.5  Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to the User in the Account dashboard.

6.6  Right to Review. cun77 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, account compromise, or any other circumstance warranting further review. The User will be notified of the hold and the approximate timeline for resolution.

7.1  Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to registered, verified members who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. cun77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any User from promotional participation without prior notice.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. The standard wagering requirement applied to welcome bonuses is clearly stated in the promotional terms associated with each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Credit balance.

7.3  Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%; slot games vary by title (typically 100%); live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's full terms.

7.4  Maximum Winnings from Bonus Play. Winnings generated from Bonus Credits may be subject to a maximum cashout cap, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any winnings above the cap are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.5  Bonus Abuse. cun77 operates active monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete requirements without genuine risk, and collusion. Where abuse is detected, cun77 reserves the right to void the Bonus Credit, void any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the Account.

7.6  Changes to Promotions. cun77 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Promotions are not permanent entitlements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cun77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts (bonus abuse or advantage play across duplicates).
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, sure-betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit pricing inconsistencies across markets.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated multi-hand play in live casino games.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other illegal source).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cun77 staff, agents, or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any wins resulting from a confirmed software error will be voided.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or customer communication.

9.1  All content on cun77.cam — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, game content, copy, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of cun77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2  Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No other license or right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

9.3  Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from cun77.

10.1  cun77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cun77 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2  cun77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of equipment or software.

10.3  cun77 is not liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power failures, government actions, force majeure events, or payment system outages at third-party providers (including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators).

10.4  In all cases, cun77's total aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1  cun77 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered members via their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session cutoff after a user-defined duration.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at regular intervals showing elapsed session time and net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter pause of 24 hours to 7 days for Users who need a brief break without committing to a full exclusion.

11.3  Users who have self-excluded from cun77 must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during the exclusion period. Any Account opened in contravention of an active self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds within it returned.

12.1  By cun77. cun77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in prohibited activities, or where suspension is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

12.2  Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account, the User's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any legitimate real-money Balance (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under this Agreement) will be returned to the User's originating payment method after any outstanding compliance reviews are completed.

12.3  By the User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cun77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable Balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

12.4  Forfeiture. Accounts terminated as a result of fraud, bonus abuse, or other material breach of this Agreement will forfeit all balances, including both real-money funds and Bonus Credits. cun77 reserves the right to pursue recovery of any amounts that were fraudulently obtained.

13.1  cun77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

13.2  Where amendments are material, cun77 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

13.3  Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.3 above.

14.1  These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cun77 is incorporated and licensed, as an internationally operated platform.

14.2  By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of cun77 shall first be subject to cun77's internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 15 — Contact). Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Platform's governing jurisdiction.

14.3  Nothing in this clause limits cun77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.
